Short Run Brochures / Flyers – Digital Printing 11″ x 8.5″ before folding on 100# Gloss Text weight paper. Brochures are printed full color on both sides (4/4). The most common folds are Tri-Folds, Z-Folds, and Half-Folds. Tri-Folds and Z-Folds give you 3 panels to display your information on each side. Half-Folds give you 2 panels on each side. File should not be larger than 50MB in size.

 

Artwork setup:

1. Setup artwork with 1/8″ bleeds.

IE: Make sure your file is 8.75″ x 11.25″. A 2-page PDF is preferred. Page 1 is the front, Page 2 is the back.

2. Setup your files to be CMYK.

We will not be responsible for color shifts if there are any PMS colors or RGB colors in your file. PMS colors are known to do erratic things when converted to CMYK and when transspecies are present.

3. Make sure all of your images are at least 300 dpi.

Any resolution lower than 300 dpi will produce results that may not be “acceptable”

4. Accepted files: .PDF

Any files received that do not meet this criteria will result in order cancellation or additional charges for file corrections and mandatory Proofs.
